When it comes to Ayurvedic Wellness, we take into consideration your unique constitution and goals, and provide you with on-going care so that you feel supported each step of the way.

As an Ayurvedic Wellness Educator, I can offer the following support:

  • Identifying your natural state and your state of imbalance through an Ayurvedic perspective
  • Diet and lifestyle recommendations according to your imbalances
  • Supporting the integration of Ayurvedic self-care practices
  • Individualized Yoga, breathwork, and energy practices to safely create a state of balance
  • Nourishing the mind/body connection
  • General herbal recommendations to support your overall well-being

I am a sun-obsessed, strong-willed, life-loving powerhouse with a restless soul. After four years adventuring abroad, I am back home in Southern California, biding my time till the next adventure.

I am here to help you (re)discover health, happiness, and how to feel amazing AF in your body while shedding the layers that no longer serve.
