I am a sun-obsessed, strong-willed, life-loving powerhouse with a restless soul. I've learned a lot over the last decade of practicing yoga to build strength and lose weight and I'm so excited to share that knowledge with you!
I am here to help you (re)discover health, happiness, and how to feel amazing AF in your body while shedding the layers that no longer serve.
