1:1 Private Sessions

Group classes are not always the most ideal learning environment for every student...

Too many people and not enough individual attention can make you feel lost in the crowd.

You know you're making progress, but you're not making as much progress as you'd like, you want to work on specific goals, and you want to learn more about yoga along the way.

I see you, I hear you, and that's what you'll get and more from an individualized yoga practice.

You bring you, your experience, your physical and spiritual needs, and your goals to the session.

Individual Yoga Instruction

Whether you are brand new to yoga, or want a more personalized practice, 1:1 yoga is where it's at. Each session will be individually crafted to meet you where you are and built to take you toward your goals. Attention to alignment, focus on breath, and respect of energy is primary to each session and allows for a safe and fun practice. Classes are 60 minutes in length. 

Private 1:1 yoga sessions might be the next right move IF:
  • you feel uncomfortable going to a group class or no longer want to practice in studio
  • you want to work on specific postures or strength
  • you have a specific goal you wish to achieve with your yoga practice
  • you desire to advance your practice and be introduced to the deeper teachings of yoga while working up a sweat.

This special container is for those who are ready to stop making excuses and start making transformations!

We will meet for three months, 1, 2, or 3 times a week for one hour to catapult you from where you are to where you're going. These classes are all about helping you reach your goals with the consistency needed to get there.

Beginner Kundalini

Kundalini Yoga is the practice of raising energy and awareness. Through specific postures, breath work (pranayama), mudras (gestures), and chanting, we raise the Kundalini from the base of the spine, up the chakras, to connect with the powerful energy at the crown of the head. Those who practice Kundalini are said to have a clarity of mind, a joyfulness of demeanour, and a profound understanding of life. No experience required to begin to dive into this practice! This is the yoga of the householder, the person who wishes to experience a divine life while living here on earth in this human body.
