“That time of year thou mayst in me behold
When yellow leaves, or none, or few, do hang Upon those boughs which shake against the cold, Bare ruin'd choirs, where late the sweet birds sang. In me thou seest the twilight of such day As after sunset fadeth in the west, Which by and by black night doth take away, Death's second self, that seals up all in rest. In me thou see'st the glowing of such fire That on the ashes of his youth doth lie, As the death-bed whereon it must expire Consumed with that which it was nourish'd by. This thou perceivest, which makes thy love more strong, To love that well which thou must leave ere long.” William Shakespeare Hello Dearest, And welcome to the final chapter of our 2023 classes. Today we have another Kapha balancing class, that may or may not be a bit more intense than our last one. That is because Kapha naturally wants to be still, heavy, stagnant. And in order to balance that kind of earth energy, we need to get things moving, and briskly. Like attracts like and opposites balance. That is the rule of Ayurveda. So we will balance Kapha in this interval yoga class. Make sure to keep coming back to these classes anytime you need to rid the body of stagnation and get things moving and energized. And with that, we end our season of Ayurveda inspired classes (for now). Would you like to see more of them in the future? If so, let me know by hitting reply and I will make sure I get some filmed! As always, I hope you enjoy. Happiest of holidays, however you celebrate. Stay warm, nourished, and joyful. Sending you so much love. Sat Nam ❤️ Dylan
