Busy Day Heart Opening Flow

“And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.” ― Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, The Little Prince

You might think that you need a full 60 or 70 minute class to get the deep seated benefits of yoga.

But if you think that, you'd be wrong.

Not wrong in a bad way! ? You DO get amazing benefits from a longer practice like that!

But you can get equally as powerful results from a 30 minute practice.

Have you tried both? A longer and shorter practice? Which one feels better in your body/your experience? Leave a comment
 and let me know!

So today's vinyasa fusion is short but emotionally powerful.

It's a heart opener for busy days, when you don't have the time or patience for a full hour flow. (I rarely have the patience for an hour myself)

If you struggle with poor posture, poor self esteem, lack of energy, or the desire to round yourself into a ball, hide in bed, and block yourself off from the world, then this is the class to try.

ESPECIALLY if you're leaning toward hiding in that bed...

Because even a short class like this can change your whole perspective on your day (or on your life).

Recently I've gone back to work, and started school, and my personal practice is suffering.

But my best days are the days that I commit to my practice.

Even if it's only for a short time, or if I need to let something else fall to the side.

Because it changes everything.

It truly does.

So enjoy this flow, and let me know you're practicing with me by leaving a ❤️ in the comments on YouTube!

And if you're on Instagram, I would love love LOVE it if you would share your practice by tagging me
