How familiar are you with the chakras?

I feel like we may have talked about them before. Maybe not all of them, but definitely the 3rd Chakra.

Can you tell it's my favorite?

The heart is the center of the chakras, but the navel is the center of your energy.

So Manipura, the 3rd chakra, is located in the navel center. 72,000 nadis, or energy channels, originate here, and as such this area of the body is, honestly, supercharged.

It is the home of the ego which, contrary to popular belief, is not the enemy. The ego creates the individual. If you lost that, you would lose your ability to be an individual standing in space. And you ARE an individual, even if we are all connected.

The 3rd chakra is also the home of your ability to act on your beliefs, assimilate all you consume, and take action on your dreams.

All in all it is a very important place to pay attention to.

And this class, like this chakra, is pure fire! Fire I tell you!
