”If the rain spoils our picnic, but saves a farmer’s crop, who are we to say it shouldn’t rain?”
– Tom Barrett
I admit that I may be one who is forever upset about the rain.
I realize that I was born and raised in California, and we probably get less rain than the rest of the world combined, but that doesn't mean that I need to enjoy the rain when it does come, does it?
It probably does....
Funny thing is that I filmed this class during a particularly rainy period back a month or so ago, and as the sun was brightly shining and the temperatures rising over the last couple of weeks, I thought this class maaaay have been badly timed.
It rained just yesterday, and I hear it is raining in Virginia, so there is bound to be some among you that will benefit from this class in this moment.
Rainy day classes are classes meant to ward off the cold, the chill, the dampness that arrives with rainy weather.
When it rains, my shoulders get heavier.
So when it rains, my first course of action is to find something to uplift my spirits, and my shoulders.
Good, then this class is for you!
Short, powerful, uplifting, exciting, energy building, and oh so good.
And once you've had your espresso shot power yoga class, I would love it if you would be so kind as to take this quick survey to let me know what it is I need to bring more of to our community. It will only take two minutes and will help me to personalize my offerings to your needs!
Thank ye Thank ye.
