-Rumi Good morrow, dear friend! When you move on your yoga mat, and as you move through your life off of the mat, do you pay attention to your internal environment? Do you ever pause, take stock, and notice the thoughts that flit through your brain? Do you identify with these thoughts, or attach feelings, beliefs, or meaning to them? Or do you let them flow on their way? Like the clouds across the sky. With today's practice, I encourage you to become aware of the thoughts as they flow through your mind, and open your heart to love and kindness. For yourself, as you move through your life. For others, as they move through theirs, and in and out of yours. For each and every being on the planet, that exists as you do. Today we choose empathy, kindness. Let it sink in, embody it, and let it open you in ways that change you. Don't worry, don't be scared. Your yoga practice is here to support you, and change is a beautiful thing. Sat Nam, Dylan
