“You are one thing only. You are a Divine Being. An all-powerful Creator. You are a Deity in jeans and a t-shirt, and within you dwells the infinite wisdom of the ages and the sacred creative force of All that is, will be and ever was.”
― Anthon St. Maarten
Happy First Tuesday of the year!
Last week I share our monthly calendar with the theme of Empowerment. Have you downloaded it yet?
I want us to start off the year this way because, though we do have years where plans all go up in a puff of coronavirus, generally, how you start the year matters.
Same with how you start the day.
Or the month.
It's the concept of living intentionally.
How can we set ourselves up for success?
So we start this month with empowerment because I hope that you will take that inner strength and allow it to lead you through the rest of the year, with whatever ups and downs that will entail.
If we come from a place of surety and inner fortitude, we will feel more capable when life gives us lemons...to take the risk and make lemon bars.
Ok, time for some announcements!
I have a couple of things to share this week!
First, this is the last week to sign up for the Yoga Infusion Academy for this round! Remember, this round is open to only 10 beautiful women looking to get their lifestyle on track, lose some weight, gain some strength, and learn how to make these kinds of healthy habits last for life.
So, if you're on the edge, hop on a discovery call with me this week and let's see if it's a fit!
Secondly, I added this class to our calendar this month, because it was the most watched class of 2020, with over 2,500 views!
If you haven't caught it before, now is the perfect time to hop in for an hour long sweaty mess class. With 2,500 views, there's got to be something to it. (I'm not biased at all...I swear...)
It's these kinds of older classes that I intersperse in my calendars. I know we've got some old goodies, and I don't want you to miss out!
The other three top classes of the year are:
Tadasana and Urdhva Hastasana | Back to the Basics Day 1
Intro to Power Yoga Day 1
Yoga for Moving Through Grief
I hope that your year has started out swimmingly! For those of you who missed Coffee Conversations on Sunday, I have tested positive for Covid after Christmas, and has been self-isolating. My family is doing the same. We are all well with mild symptoms, which I am eternally grateful for.
Now it's just a matter of continuing the hunt for the most comfortable position to work from the floor...
Good thing there's yoga!
