Another 20 minute no repeat HIIT workout for busy days! I, like you I'm sure, sometimes cannot stand doing endless rounds or a couple exercises. It can be so exhausting! And you can begin to slow down, knowing what's coming next and dreading it. That is not the case in this workout! Every exercise is different!
