I used to practice workouts like this one at least once a week when I started my yoga practice, and over time, as I carved out more and more time to devote to yoga, I've let these quick classes kind of fall to the wayside.
As one does. As things change as time goes by. It's totally normal and totally ok.
But it's a shame really, because these quick classes can really be powerful, and have a long lasting burn that a longer class doesn't have.
Physiologically I mean. HIIT workouts are shown to burn more calories, improve cardiovascular health, and build greater muscular strength and endurance in a shorter amount of time.
So, all of that to say that you, and I, should schedule more classes like this into our lives. Especially on busy days. Everyone has 15 minutes they can devote to their health. Tell me I'm wrong...
